GOLDEN RAW SEA MOSS (Eucheuma)

This species of red algae from St. Vincent Union Island, is an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral.  Good source of iron and natural collagen, helps to heal bones, strengthen teeth, increase wound healing, nourishes skin, helps with digestion and weight loss, helps to remove toxins from the digestive tract, helps to to prevent stroke and cancer.

HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS

– Rinse 3 times
– Cover with Spring or Alkaline Water
– As it swells add a little more water
– Soak overnight.

– Blend in the water that moss was soaked in.
– Place in glass container and store in fridge.
– Use as needed.
